D1ProjX is an educational platform. We are not a licensed recruiting service, sports agent, NCAA representative, or college counseling service. Nothing on this site constitutes a guarantee of athletic placement, scholarship, college admission, or any specific recruiting outcome.

By visiting d1projx.com, creating an account, submitting your email address, downloading any free or paid content, or purchasing any product, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy.

D1ProjX makes no guarantee, representation, or warranty that use of our content, guides, or tools will result in any specific recruiting outcome, scholarship offer, college placement, or athletic opportunity. Any results referenced on this site represent the personal experience of the founders and should not be interpreted as typical or expected outcomes.

Always verify recruiting rules, contact dates, and eligibility requirements directly with the NCAA at NCAA.org, as these rules change annually and D1ProjX cannot guarantee the accuracy of time-sensitive regulatory information.

All sales of digital products are final. Because our eBooks and digital guides are delivered electronically and are immediately accessible upon purchase, we do not offer refunds as a standard policy.

However, we stand behind our content. If you purchase a guide and genuinely feel it did not provide actionable value, contact us at d1projxteam@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request. We want every family to feel the purchase was worth it.

Free content — including The Blueprint PDF and website content — is provided at no charge and is not subject to purchase terms.

All content on D1ProjX — including but not limited to website text, eBooks, guides, graphics, logos, the Highlight Reel Editor, and all related tools — is the intellectual property of D1ProjX and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you purchase a D1ProjX digital product, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own private, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Reproduce, copy, or redistribute any purchased content in whole or in part
• Share, resell, or transfer your purchased content to any other person
• Use any D1ProjX content for commercial purposes without written permission
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Use D1ProjX content to create derivative works for distribution

Free content provided by D1ProjX, such as The Blueprint PDF, may be shared with individual families for personal, non-commercial use. Mass distribution, resale, or commercial use of any D1ProjX content is strictly prohibited.

The D1ProjX Highlight Reel Editor (“HRE”) is provided as a browser-based tool on a freemium basis. The free version is available to all users. Premium features require a one-time purchase.

You are responsible for ensuring that any video content you upload or use within the HRE does not infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. D1ProjX is not responsible for user-uploaded content.

D1ProjX does not store or retain video content uploaded to the HRE beyond what is technically necessary to provide the service. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the HRE at any time with reasonable notice.

By using D1ProjX, you agree not to:

• Use the site or any content for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form or tool
• Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract content from the site
• Interfere with the operation of the site or other users’ access to it
• Impersonate D1ProjX or any person associated with D1ProjX

D1ProjX may contain links to third-party websites and services including but not limited to NCAA.org, eligibilitycenter.org, StudentAid.gov, SportsRecruits, and others. These links are provided for informational convenience only.

D1ProjX does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of any third-party website. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and policies.

Purchases made through SamCart are subject to SamCart’s terms of service in addition to these terms. Payment processing is handled by third-party payment processors and D1ProjX does not store payment card information.

D1ProjX provides general educational information about the college athletic recruiting process. NCAA rules, recruiting calendars, contact periods, and eligibility requirements change regularly. It is your responsibility to verify all current rules and compliance requirements directly with the NCAA at NCAA.org and with your specific sport’s governing body.

D1ProjX is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NCAA, any college or university, any athletic conference, or any other governing body of collegiate athletics.

D1ProjX is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D1ProjX disclaims all warranties including but not limited to:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or currentness of any content
• Warranties that any product or service will achieve any particular recruiting result

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, D1ProjX and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, any purchased product, or any content provided by D1ProjX.

In no event shall D1ProjX’s total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or your use of the site exceed the amount you paid to D1ProjX in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Your use of D1ProjX is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using this site, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
